OAM Advisory (OAM Advisory Limited, registered in England and Wales) operates in the UAE through a locally established structure. We are a specialist R&D tax incentive advisory firm. References to "OAM Advisory", "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to OAM Advisory Limited.

2. Information we collect

—Enquiry forms: name, company, email, phone, sector, and a description of your R&D activities when you submit a request via our website.
—Direct communications: information you provide when contacting us by email or any other means.
—Engagement information: technical and financial information you share with us in the course of an advisory engagement, subject to the confidentiality terms of our engagement agreement.
—Website usage: standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not use tracking cookies.

—Prepare and manage R&D tax credit applications on your behalf
—Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

Enquiry data from non-engaged contacts is retained for up to 12 months. Engagement data is retained for a minimum of 7 years for compliance purposes.
